We treat the employment of new people as the most important thing we do.

Across our 75 employees, there is an average of 6.9 years of service.  Staff tend to want to stay with us, and we want them to stay – a good deal of time and effort goes into creating a working environment conducive to high levels of staff retention. We believe our flat management structure, and a consultative, open-door approach to management, enable us to be genuine and proactive in our desire to create a workplace where people like to be – for many reasons. We want it to be somewhere where all individuals are engaged, motivated, challenged, valued, rewarded, inspired, having fun, contributing.  A place where being totally passionate about what you do is more often the rule than the exception. The input of all individuals working as a team creates a dynamic and exciting, results-based corporate culture, and it’s why this company is consistently able to successfully fight well above its weight.
