Across our 75 employees, there is an average of 6.9 years of service. Staff tend to want to stay with us, and we want them to stay – a good deal of time and effort goes into creating a working environment conducive to high levels of staff retention.
We believe our flat management structure, and a consultative, open-door approach to management, enable us to be genuine and proactive in our desire to create a workplace where people like to be – for many reasons.
