Induction
Every new employee is given a comprehensive induction and appropriate training. The company believes that it helps create an environment where employees can quickly settle in to becoming part of the team, and excel in their chosen career.

The formal induction training program for all new employees includes:

  • introduction to all areas of the business from the ground up
  • buddy/mentor training on all aspects of the role
  • off-site corporate & communication skills training

Mentors
Mentors are typically managers or coordinators, or another suitable member of the work team. The role of the mentor is to assist familiarization with the working environment, assist in the settling in process, and to take responsibility for training new employees in the safest and most efficient way to perform their job.

Ongoing training
Ongoing training is highly regarded within Express Promotions. It serves several purposes not least of which is that it assures that the company remains at the fore of industry developments.

Employees are exposed to training in aspects of the industry, their particular careers and in the area of personal development. The HR department co-ordinates all training programs.

Self-directed training
Employees may be asked to undertake additional training, and, if appropriate, are encouraged to identify training courses and programs that may be relevant to them, and discuss them with management.
